What is the PRSNL Training app?
This app is our personal training program’s exclusive mobile training platform, designed to give you access to guided workouts, recovery routines, nutrition tracking, and direct communication with personal trainers — all in one place. This is a key tool used when working out with our PRSNL trainers, or it’s available for all O2 members to download and use on their own in the gym.
Do I have to be working with a personal trainer to use the app?
Nope! All O2 Fitness members can access the workouts, recovery routines, and tracking tools — whether you’re working with a trainer or flying solo.
Is the PRSNL app free for O2 Fitness members?
Yes! The PRSNL Training app is included at no cost with every active O2 Fitness membership.
What’s included in the app?
Designed to support you inside and outside the gym, the PRSNL Training app gives you access to 100+ guided workouts, custom routines, recovery plans, and more — right from your phone. You can also track your macros and message our PRSNL team directly, all within the app.
Can I talk to a personal trainer through the app?
Our app includes built-in two-way messaging so you can connect directly with a trainer for feedback, guidance, and support.
How do I log into the app?
Click the Get Access button on this page to fill out the access form (or click this link if you are experiencing issues with the form). You’ll receive an email to create an account. Once an account is created, you’ll be able to download the app and log in directly. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly by emailing prsnlapp@o2fitnessclubs.com.
Can I track my progress or log my workouts?
Yes — you can log completed workouts, track your macros, and monitor your progress all within the app.
Are the workouts beginner-friendly?
Yes! These workouts were created for all fitness levels, and are designed to be taken at your own pace using whatever weights and equipment you are most comfortable with.
