Get the 1-on-1 connection with a Personal Trainer while also enjoying the energy of a group environment. Small Group Training will consist of no more than 12 participants and one Personal Trainer. This smaller setting allows the Personal Trainer to hold their clients accountable and vice versa.
It is a great option for those who feed off of community engagement and the excitement of working out with other people, but also want to push themselves and hit their goals with the help of a Professional.
