Assessments and Planning 

You’ll get the individual attention and training you need from your Trainer during your two Program Design Sessions. Your Trainer will learn where you are and where you want to go, then build a roadmap to get you there.

A gym membership is required to have access to the facility, however we do provide personal training packages that include free membership. Not sure if you are ready to join? Sign up for our free 21 day trial pass.

Not long! As soon as you complete your program design session with your perfectly matched trainer, you can get started.

You shouldn't have to live your life in pain! As fitness professionals, we will help aid in corrective exercise to ease tension on the injury or work around the area as needed. 

We ask that clients cancel outside of the 24 hour window for their session, however we completely understand that life happens and things come up.

In North Carolina we have a 15 day cancellation notice for our personal training agreements.

In South Carolina we have a 30 day cancellation notice for our personal training agreements.

No worries1 Just let your trainer know and then you'll complete your session as scheduled.

Of course! We attempt to help our clients as much as possible by providing our complimentary program design sessions.

If you have quick questions, our trainers are available to help.

Each session will be specific and depend on the clients needs. Most sessions follow a warm-up, corrective exercises (if needed), strenth and conditioning, mobility and cool down format.
