I moved to Wilmington from Raleigh in 2016 to attend UNCW, where I earned my degree in Clinical Public Health. As a fitness coach, I emphasize the 'why' behind workouts and programming, believing that fitness and nutrition are the best forms of preventative medicine. Personally, I've maintained a weight loss of over 120lbs since 2020, making my journey relatable and inspiring for my clients.
