I’m a Wake Forest-based fitness coach, originally from Hope Mills, NC. After my son started college, I turned my passion into a purpose: empowering others through health and wellness. My coaching is informed by a Master of Science in Sport and Project Management (WCU) and certifications from ACSM, ACE, and Duke Integrative Medicine. I specialize in trauma-informed, inclusive coaching designed to build your confidence, resilience, and strength for life inside and outside the gym.

My journey is one of profound resilience: I've successfully navigated five abdominal surgeries and live without a colon. Most people are surprised because I am strong, healthy, and dedicated to teaching others to achieve their own functional strength.

Functional fitness empowers your life outside the gym. For me, that means enjoying a passion for hiking, biking, and running outdoors, especially in my favorite spot, the NC Blue Ridge Mountains.
