Every PRSNL session at Holly Springs follows our signature three-phase system designed to maximize results and minimize injury risk.

In the Activate phase, we prepare your body for movement. Your coach will focus on movements that improve your mobility and stability, increase blood flow, and prepare your muscles for optimal movement.


Next is the Perform phase. Here, you’ll work on exercises that provide strength training, power, endurance, and balance. We adjust the challenges for the five core actions of our Dynamic Movement Systems based on your needs.


We end with the Adapt phase, where you’ll work on activities that restore your body and mind. Your coach will share techniques and advice about sleep, stress management, and more to ensure you’re ready for your next workout.
