As a kid, I struggled with weight management. I turned to sports to help me become more active, but I got hurt and was back struggling with weight issues. Eventually, I was able to get back to playing sports like football, track, tennis, and wrestling, and I began taking my nutrition and fitness more seriously after graduating. I have lost over 80lbs, but my journey isn’t over yet, and I’m excited to help you keep moving through yours!
