Born and raised in Yorktown, Virginia, I moved to the Burlington area in 2020 to pursue my undergraduate education at Elon University, where I am currently studying Exercise Science and working toward my Doctor of Physical Therapy. My coaching journey began with Elon’s Campus Recreation and Wellness program, driven by my passion for sports and a desire to empower individuals through tailored fitness experiences. With a diverse background in both endurance and strength sports, I focus on fostering autonomy and self-confidence in my clients, ensuring a supportive and educational coaching environment.
