Fitness has always been a part of my life. As a kid, I played football from Pop Warner all the way to college football at North Carolina Central University and had a successful journey. After college, the drive stayed with me to push past my boundaries and continue to set fitness goals. I now strive to push others past their goals to continue to reach milestones in their physical & mental health.
