Being a former Track and Field athlete, fitness has always been apart of my life which lead to my passion for helping others achieve their goals and guide them to living a healthy lifestyle. Besides working out, I love to eat good food, spend time with my family, boyfriend and friends, walk my dog and watch crime documentaries.

Jordan Morgan is hands down the best trainer! I love working out with her 💕
My experience here has been awesome. I have been training with Jordan Morgan since July and she is the best trainer I’ve had. She’s kind, fun to be around and has come up with a challenging program that I actually enjoy. She actually listened to my goals and I feel like I’ve made so much progress already. If you’re thinking of joining and are thinking of personal training, I definitely recommend it.
