I am a former amateur power lifter and rugby player. I became a trainer to help new fitness beginners find their love and passion for fitness just as I once did, while also helping the gym rats find new ways to challenge themselves in their current routines and plateaus. Besides fitness, I love to play with my rescue dogs, cook with dad, and play Mario Kart with my friends.

I am currently training with holley, she is my personal trainer at O2 fitness. It's been two months of training till now, I have a very good experience and clearly got the results in terms of my physical strength and agility. She helps me with reaching my fitness goals by understanding my current physical state and designing work outs that are aligned with my long term fitness goals. She is really professional and explains me the complex movements in a simple way and it changed my perspective on many movements. Other than that she is really encouraging and always energetic while working out which helps me stay strong and enthusiastic throughout the session. It's been a great overall experience with O2 fitness especially because of my trainer holley.
Great atmosphere, clean facility. Simran helped me get set up with my 21 day pass. Decided to get set up with some training sessions with personal trainer Holley who gave me really cool tips to help me thru my plateau. Will definitely sign up after my trial pass
I have been a member at various gyms but this is by far the best place to workout. The facility is always clean and the front desk staff are amazing especially Holley. She is always welcoming and helpful. I definitely would recommend this place and if you need a trainer that is always giving out good energy, I highly recommend Holley.
