I am a cardio type of person but I was in need of a strength training and I’m glad that my personal training is Christian Lindsay! I had a lot of questions and goals, he listened to all and suggested a realistic and excited plan that not just accomplished what I’ve asked for but went beyond my expectations. We started from the basics and let me tell you….basic and simple movements hurts and burns too (lol)…and we went to some very advanced exercises as well… he corrected my form and made my posture even better, he made me stronger to a point I couldn’t believe! I was dead and sweat and happy at the end of each workout! Hands down a great trainer a very dedicated, knowledgeable and committed professional that I can’t recommended enough!! By the way O2 Fitness Park Place has great equipments for your session and at the end of the day you can also relax having a massage in a water bed machine just because after all that hard workout you deserve it!!!
