I have been a competitive volleyball player for over a decade and continue to be involved in the sport as a high school and club coach. I enjoy working with athletes toward their sport-specific goals but also working on the mechanics involved in more general fitness-related goals. Outside of fitness and sports, I also enjoy cooking, reading, and being a dog mom.
