I was born in Boulder, Colorado, and raised in Mexico City by a Russian mom and an Italian dad, which has given me a unique perspective on culture and fitness. After moving to Greensboro five years ago, I discovered my passion for coaching, where I love teaching people innovative ways to move their bodies while making workouts enjoyable and fun.
