Amazing and helpful staff. Always greeted when I arrive. My personal trainer, Teagan, is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable on fitness including mobility, strength and calisthenics training. The facility is well-equipped for many workouts from weights, cables, calisthenics or cardio. Highly recommend O2 for quality gym experience
