Luke fell in love with fitness when he went on a fitness journey of his own after the Covid lockdowns ended. Going from the worst shape he has been in, Luke was able to lose 50 pounds in the span of 3 months while also increasing his strength, functionality, and flexibility. After getting certified, Luke was able to help several of his clients in their own fitness journeys.
