Coming to O2 Fitness with over 15 years of personal training and sports performance experience. I was a Director of Strength Programming at one of the top Athletic Performance facilities in the Raleigh-Durham area for 6yrs. I have developed high school athletes that have advanced to play on the D1 level, as well as collegiate and professional athletes. Before joining the O2 Fitness family, I spent the last 5 years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at NC State University's Football Program. While there, I was responsible for Long-Term/Short-Term injury programing, as well as the Senior/NFL Program. I have over 10yrs of High School Football & Women's Basketball Coaching Experience. Im a native of Miami, FL, with an Undergraduates degree from Florida State University in Exercise Science, as well as a Master Degree in Nutrition from North Carolina Central University.
