Hi, I'm "Ari Safari"! My passion is a holistic lifestyle and preventative medicine. I am a seasoned yoga and qigong teacher, with a background as a somatic body therapist. Transitioning into personal training, I am here as your health coach and trainer. I am here to help you help yourself, so that you may embody your highest well-being. To be healthy is a mindset. It's a willingness to be a better version of you than the day before.

Personally, I'm constantly learning and cultivating my yoga/qi gong practice. I also just got into golf and am working on preparing my body to do this incredible sport. See you around the club O2 community!
