I'm a lifelong Durham resident! I’ve lived here on and off my whole life, but I’ve returned to settle down with my family after years of travel. Fitness has been a massive part of my life for over a decade now, and with my background in teaching, I transitioned to personal training to share the daily victories of health with others. My encouraging and educational coaching style, backed by my Columbia University degrees in Neuroscience and English, focuses on the science of fitness.
