I'm originally from Chicago and moved to the Triangle after my husband's retirement. With a background in sociology from Loyola University Chicago and experience in training and higher education administration, I aim to share the joy of movement as a motivational coach. I believe movement is medicine and strive to help clients move freely, reduce pain, and build strength for every stage of life.
