I moved down to NC from MI at the beginning of 2021 which is big for me since I have lived there majority of my life. I have been through a couple of fitness journeys such as losing 50+ pounds and gaining muscle over the last 4 years. I became a personal trainer in 2018 and have loved it ever since! My biggest supporter is my 4 year old Australian Shepherd, Nala, who has helped me throughout my fitness journey both physically and mentally.
